Now, that might sound a little vague, so let’s get to it.
There are two prerequisites to starting this protocol:
Wake up at 4:30 a.m. and delete social media.
You have to wake up early because most of you have school or work in the morning.
You need time for deep work before the day begins.
This is why waking up hours before you have to go is crucial.
